Peter R. Elson, PhD, is an adjunct assistant professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Victoria and co-director of PhiLab. His research has focused on voluntary sector–government relations, social enterprises, and the policy impact of grantmaking foundations. In 2019, he completed a two-year graduate certificate in Indigenous Nationhood at the University of Victoria.
