Lilian Knorr is the Research Manager at Prosper Canada, a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding economic opportunity for Canadians living in poverty, through program and policy innovation. She has led research initiatives and worked with stakeholders in communities, government, and the private sector to develop knowledge and evidence to advance poverty reduction. Lilian holds a PhD in Urban Policy and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has held fellowships at Harvard and Princeton.
