Eric Sarvaala

Eric Sarvaala is the executive director of the Raymond James Canada Foundation and head of corporate sustainability at Raymond James Ltd.

With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and management, Eric has built a career at the intersection of strategic philanthropy, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. His work spans the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Eric holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of St. Michael’s College at the University of Toronto. He is also a certified sustainability practitioner (CSR-P).

Eric actively serves on non-profit boards and committees. He also contributes as a coach and mentor in purpose-driven leadership and sustainability through the Ivey Business School and co-leads the Ivey Alumni Sustainability Community.
