Thea Belanger

Thea is Anishinaabe Kwe from Nipissing and Tobique First Nation on Turtle Island, colonially known as Canada. She has been working in the philanthropic sector for more than 10 years and most recently served as the director of a small granting program created by and for Indigenous youth in Ontario. As the director of philanthropy with Dragonfly Ventures, she works closely with the team, developing the new foundation strategy and operations and exploring new ways of integrating a community lens and approach to activating financial capacity.
