Emma Taylor-Collins is a Senior Research Officer at the Alliance and the Wales Centre for Public Policy, leading research and engagement projects that champion the use of evidence in social policy and practice, with a focus on Wales. Prior to this, Taylor-Collins worked at the University of Birmingham, where she was seconded to Step Up To Serve (the charity running the #iwill campaign) to research youth volunteering and contribute to the evidence strand of the charity’s work on a strategic level.
